Amanda Yang
Amanda is a postgraduate associate in the Wang Lab at Yale University. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Genomics and Computational Biology. In undergrad, she spent 3 years contributing to single-cell RNA sequencing analyses in the fields of cancer genomics, developmental biology, and aging. Amanda is interested in applying her background in programming and genetics to implement deep learning models to improve the detection of pancreatic cancer.
